Organizational structure


To ensure the long-term effectiveness of the International Security Alliance for South and Southeast Asia (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance") (International Security Alliance For South and Southeas Asia, abbreviated as ISASSA), the Alliance, in compliance with the Kunming Declaration and the Alliance Charter, and adhering to the Alliance's aims, principles, and objectives, establishes the "Alliance Member General Assembly".

The Alliance has an internal secretariat with liaison offices. The secretariat coordinates and leads all Alliance activities, with its office located in the Central Legal District of Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China. Liaison offices will be established in relevant member countries or regions, forming a networked organizational structure.

The Alliance has one Chairperson, N Vice-Chairpersons, and one Treasurer; a permanent institution -- the Secretariat. The Secretariat has one Secretary-General and two Deputy Secretaries-General; the Secretariat has positions such as Liaison Department, Development Department, Membership Department, Finance Department, Public Relations Department, and Event Planning Department.
