Project investments, trade in goods and services, personnel exchanges, and cooperation mechanisms among them are constantly growing. II. Significance

The establishment of the Alliance can effectively promote economic, trade, and cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and the South Asian and Southeast Asian regions, ensuring the safety of investments, trade, property, institutions, and personnel among countries and regions within this area. This will promote the construction of a closer security cooperation network among government departments, relevant enterprises, and related information and crisis management companies, insurance companies, and security companies, continuously improving the regional security service guarantee system, jointly addressing non-traditional security threats and challenges such as terrorism and extremist forces, and providing strong support for regional security and stability.
