Dear Team Members,
On our shared journey towards excellence, leadership plays a crucial role. As leaders, I would like to briefly outline our understanding of leadership and the key qualities and responsibilities that leaders should possess.

We are responsible for overall performance and results, ensuring that everyone can achieve both individual and team goals in a positive work environment.
Most importantly, we must recognize that leadership can be developed.
